What is Social Media?

We've tossed around the words and the concepts a few times in this blog, but Social Media is a concept that can mean different things to different people, because the size of social media is big enough that its potential may not always be evident.

For example, someone who has only ever seen a personal Facebook page or a casual blog might not understand the business potential involved in social media. In order to help us all get a common background, I wanted to pass along an excellent presentation from Slideshare on the topic.
