
Seth Godin earlier this year asked a question on whether we can persuade our client's by the way we present our plans. Methinks, Yes and No. Yes with our strategic and tactical expertise. No when the client already made a decision and just going through the motions. As Seth indicated, one client can have a totally different response to the same issue against another.
What steps do you take in tailoring your approaches to different clients to gain their business and continued loyalty?
