In a corporate environment it's a simple fact of life that eventually you will be required to do a slideshow of some sort. PowerPoint is often the weapon of choice for such presentations, but there are other options.

However, thanks to a new website, you can learn from the work of others. The website is called Slideshare and it is a venue in which to share your presentations with the world.
You can see what other presenters do on similar topics, or simply find a presentation on a topic you want to learn about. They even have a "World's Best Presentation Contest" which is a great place to look and see what slideshows can do in the hands of experts.
Far too many slideshow presentations are boring and unhelpful, but they don't need to be. Take a look at Slideshare and see what you can do to bring your presentation skills to a higher level.
