Do you write lists? I do. I have a notepad on my bedside table to jot down ideas as sometimes my creative thoughts come to fore when I'm watching TV, in the middle of the night, or even upon waking up first thing in the morning. As such I have to be ready to take down the ideas before they vanish. I also have lists online, using Tada , which also works on my phone. The video above was presented last year and since then, thousands have become believers of the "inbox zero" culture as method of getting away from the computer and back to society (at least that`s how I view it). I try to do this daily though more weekly is common for me. At the end of the week, I archive all my in box messages as I ensure that I`ve completed all of them or have left messages for colleagues to connect with me the week after as I set up a new round of ``in box`` messages from scratch. How are you managing your messages?
